By 2030, 1 in 4 Singaporeans will be aged 65 or older, ushering in a "super-aged" era defined by more than just physical frailty. This era is marked by a staggering 30% surge in elderly social isolation and a projected 152,000 cases of dementia by 2030. These aren't just clinical projections—they are our parents and grandparents losing their connection to the world they built. Yet, clinical intervention alone cannot heal the weight of loneliness or the cognitive fading caused by displacement.

Evidence-based arts interventions have been shown to reduce agitation in dementia patients by up to 60% and significantly lower cortisol levels, offering a non-pharmacological lifeline where traditional medicine reaches its limit. By integrating the arts into our silver healthcare net, we aren't just adding years to lives; we are restoring the vibrant color, dignity, and cognitive spark that every Singaporean elder deserves.

All programmes have undergone impact measurements through the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (WEMWBS) to evaluate the effects of each programme on participants’ mental wellbeing.
